 How to Set up an Email Address with Microsoft Outlook
Open Microsoft Outlook and click "Tools" and then "E-mail Accounts"

Select "Add a new e-mail account" and then click "Next"

Select "POP3" and then click "Next"

Enter "Your Name" how you would like it to appear when someone receives an email from you which will be displayed in the from field. |

Enter your full "e-mail address" |

Both your "Incoming" and "Outgoing" mail servers will be "mail.yourwebsite.com". So if your website address is "www.thailand.com" then they would be "mail.thailand.com". |

For your login information your username is your "full email address" and enter the "password" for your email account. |

Once all this information is filled in click "More Settings" |

Click the "Outgoing Server" tab and tick "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" which should automatically select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" as seen in the picure below.

Click "OK" and then "Finish" and you are done!!
