Outlook Express E-mail Set Up

Step 1

Open Outlook Express and click "Tools"

Step 2

Then click "Accounts"

Step 3

Then click "Add"

Step 4

Then click "Mail"

Step 5

Enter your name how you would like it to appear when someone receives an email from you which will be displayed in the "from field".

Step 6

Enter your full "E-mail address"

Step 7

Select my incoming mail server is a "POP3" server

Step 8

Both your "Incoming" and "Outgoing" mail servers will be "mail.yourwebsite.com". So if your website address is "www.thailand.com" then they would be "mail.thailand.com".

Step 9

Type your "account name" as your "email address" and enter the "password" for your email account.

Step 10

Click "Finish"

Step 11

The image below should automatically appear however, if not then click "Tools" and then "Accounts" as seen in "Step 1" and "Step 2" above. Then "double click" the account that will show under "Account".

Step 12

Click the "Servers" tab and where it says "Outgoing Mail Server" make sure the "My server requires authentication" is "ticked" as seen in the image below.

Step 13

Click "Close" and you are all done!!
